About Bakersfield Art Museum

The Bakersfield Museum of Art provides a broad spectrum of visual arts experiences through the exhibition and preservation of fine art, educational programs, community outreach, and special events. The Museum endeavors to: Increase awareness and understanding of the visual arts , Promote and support the important role the arts play in youth development, and Foster cross-cultural appreciation.
